These terms cover buying from this store. Please read the section on made-to-order work, because it is the part that differs from an ordinary shop.

Prices

All prices are in euro and include any applicable tax. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Made-to-order work

Most items here are produced after you order, to details you supply. So:

We confirm the specification, covering wording, spelling, size, colour and finish, in writing before production. Please check it properly. Once you approve it, it is what we make.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send us: spelling, the correct vehicle make and model, artwork that is yours to use.
Changes are free before production starts and not possible once it has.
Because these items are made to your specification, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them. Our refund policy explains this, and explains what we will always put right.

Artwork and intellectual property

When you send us artwork, a logo or a design, you confirm you have the right to have it reproduced. We cannot reproduce third-party trademarks or copyrighted designs without permission, and we will decline an order rather than risk it. You keep all rights in what you send us. We keep the rights in our own designs and product range.

What we make, and what we do not claim

Our parts are made with care and checked before they go out. Where a product has not been through a formal testing programme we say so on its page, and we make no protective or safety claims for it. Vehicle parts are accessories, not certified safety equipment, and fitting them is your responsibility.

Materials and appearance

Colour varies slightly between a screen and the physical material, and between production batches. Printed parts have a visible layer texture. That is inherent to how they are made, not a defect. Ask for a sample if an exact shade matters to you.

Delivery

Set out in our shipping policy. Production time and delivery time are always quoted separately.

Cancellation

Free at any point before production begins. Once production has started an order cannot be cancelled. We will tell you when yours starts.

If something goes wrong

Write to info@whencreate.com and we will answer. We would far rather fix a problem directly than have you take it anywhere else. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Cyprus and EU consumer law, and Cyprus law governs any dispute.
