Shipping policy

Two separate things decide when your order arrives: how long it takes us to make it, and how long the courier takes to deliver it. We always quote them separately, so you know which part of the wait is which.

Production time

3 – 5 working days for most items. Larger pieces, big quantities and anything needing a new design take longer, and we will tell you how much longer before you commit. Production starts once you have approved the specification, not when the order is placed.

Delivery cost

Delivery is charged once per order, by the total weight of the parcel. The exact rate is worked out and shown at checkout before you pay.

United Kingdom, United States and United Arab Emirates

These are outside the EU customs union, so import duty or local tax may be charged on delivery. That charge is set by the destination country, it is not ours, and it is payable by you.

Delivery time

Within Cyprus, usually 1 – 3 working days after dispatch. Outside Cyprus it depends on the courier and the destination, so we give you the courier's own estimate and a tracking number when your parcel leaves us, rather than a figure we cannot stand behind.

Packaging

Printed parts are individually wrapped and packed with protective fill. Letters and signage go out with a paper alignment template so you can position them on the wall before committing to a fixing.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph it before unpacking any further and send the photograph to info@whencreate.com within 14 days. We will replace it. Please keep the packaging until the claim is settled, because the courier may want to see it.

Collection

You are welcome to collect from the workshop in Limassol instead of paying for delivery. Arrange it with us first on +357 97 608914, so the piece is finished and waiting for you.
